Title: dowloading issues

So I filled out the application and got a message for the download. I go to click on the download and the file starts to  download. I run into a error though when it completes it. At the end of the download it says deepbot.exe couldn't download. Is there something I am doing wrong to make this happen?

Maybe an anti-virus is on? I would disable if it is on.
