Title: Donation Notification Window Disappearing Too Fast

Hi there,

today I got a couple of donations while live streaming. The Donation Notification popped up everytime, but disappeared just a second later again, although I have set it up to be displayed 15 seconds.

Could you help me? Thanks.

There is also a bug with the amount donated.

If someone donates 1.01$ i will display as 101$ and award ''points'' like it was a 101$ donation

Couldn't find an "Edit" function, so I'm gonna add that in the "Preview Window" the duration lasts for 15 seconds, just as setup. But when live streaming the donation notification disappears after a second.

Are you using CLR or desktop notification?

shadowz: Found the bug with decimals in the Europe region. Since you use "." as a thousands separator in your system localisation, it does not parse "5.01" correctly. It will be fixed in the next release.

I just tested this on my end with 5 donations at the same time. I do see the notifications appear in order with each staying on screen for the specified duration.

strange.

yesterday i got another donation and this time around the notification didnt show up at all ...

update:

yet another 2 donations and again it only showed for a second. what i also noticed was the name of the donater didnt show, instead it showed some rubbish with random ladders ...

can we maybe go over my settings and try to fix it? thank you.

As discussed, the issue was with decimal points being represented as "," in your country.
For European streams where this is an issue, you may use http://deepbot.tv/notifications/donationnotificationger.htm to cater for this while this is getting fixed in the main page.
