Did you copy over your old database?
All your Commands, settings and the User Database is saved in your "data" folder within the DeepBot Folder.

Sry, was reading reinstalled :)

Twitch has blocked access to the full follower list. As such, the bot can no longer keep followers in sync.

As users join your channel and start collecting points they will appear in your database.  The database will by default only show users currently in your channel.  To see everyone, uncheck only show online users.

Are you running the bot as admin?

Do you mean making the bot a moderator if so yes

No, I mean right clicking Deepbot Icon > Right click > Run as admin.

I would try changing the server on the config tab > Bot Login.

Also try disabling any anti-virus/firewall. o.o
