Title: Problem with "welcome messages"...!

Often times bot send on chat messages for welcome on strema but viewer is not leaving the stream... Someone have the same problem....??? Thanks...

It is because the twitch api is refreshed. It is usually every few seconds, but ExpertsOnline made it roughly every 10 minutes.
