Title: Points got reset from reinstalling computer

Hi, I reinstalled my computer and when i reinstalled deepbot we noticed the points for my viewers got reset.  Is there a way to retrieve the points and put them back or did i have to save it before I did the install?

There are VIP cloud backups but unfortunately you aren't VIP so none of your data is backed up to our servers.  This means the only place you could've gotten the data from was your Windows before you reset it.
