Title: Follower Notification not work

Hi Expert,
since today the Follower notification not work correctly, i hear the sound but see nothing in OBS :-(

Was the URL : http://deepbot.tv/notifications/follownotification.htm?dur=10000

changed ?!?

We're looking in to this, it seems to failing on other services as well so it may be twitch related.  We will update when have more info.

Experts is working on it right now.  Hopefully a few hours and we'll have a fix.

My follower notifications, have not been working for about a week was wondering if i could get some clarification on the issue

These features are exclusive features for VIP Streams.  Find out more here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/wiki/VIP+Streams

If the options are greyed out, most likely your VIP status has expired.

When did the follower notification become VIP only, used to only be the Sub notification. Also, why is it that even in the chat list for tracking information it doesnt recognize someone as a follower anymore, or is that VIP only as well

Correct - Exclusive features are available to VIP Streams. VIP Streams are subs to DeepBot where a donation of $5 or more provides you with VIP status for 30 days.
