Hello to the powers that be.

Boomy here, of BoomyNation. Around 3 weeks ago I applied for Deepbot and paid the 10 dollars. It's been around 3 weeks since then I have yet to hear from anyone from Deepbot on how to download and run Deepbot in my chat. I really like what I have seen from Deepbot and want to use it in my growing channel. I understand that those in charge here are busy, but this doesn't look from a customer service point of view.
