Title: Still getting charged double every month

For the past 3 months I have been getting double charged for my deepbot vip. I spent hours last month on emails to prevent this from happening again and yet I'm still getting charged twice. I have already spent more time on this than I want to. It needs to be fixed and I want a credit for the 3 months I've been double paying.

You should cancel your second sub/payment, so it doesn't happen again.
