Title: Upgraded from Windows 7 to 10. Bot won't open.

I've never had issues with the bot previously. I just upgraded to Windows 10 finally and Deepbot won't open now. It shows up in the processes and details of the task manager, but won't actually open. :( I tried looking through the log files, nothing shows errors. Closed out the program completely through task manager, tried reopening it. Nothing. Restarted my computer, nothing.

Any suggestions would be great.

That's weird, I have Windows 10 and it works perfect fine.

If you still have the installer, try uninstalling DeepBot, then re-install it.

Try this:

- Install/Repair the x86 and x64 versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 from here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-sg/download/details.aspx?id=30679
- Install/Repair .NET Framework 4.5.2: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642

I tried the repairing, restarted, still no go. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing. I shut down my malware and anti-virus programs and now it opens. But now I've lost 900 hours of data and 38k people's currency is all gone. I feel like I just wasted a year of VIP in a matter of minutes.  :'(

That would be the issue is the anti-virus software. If you have access to your old folders, you can grab the data folder or email expertsonline about a VIP cloud backup if you are VIP.
