Title: HELP! FREAKING OUT!

I accidentally reset everyone's hours. So, I tried to do a backup, with the instructions online, and now everyone's VIP and points are gone too??? I'm about to cry... How do I fix this and get the hours/points/VIP settings back? Deepbot support isn't online to chat at the moment, I don't know why.

Did you backup too far?

(don't worry if your VIP your data is on our servers too!)

What do you mean back up too far? And I'm freaking out because everytime I go back in to backup in the "Backup" files, the last back up files is only today's date.....
