A while back my channel (dailymafia) got switched to AWS servers. Ever since then the bot doesn't respond to the command to check points (!townpoints) in it's chat ( twitch.tv/maf_bot )
Any suggestions?
Edit: Also, I have to restart the bot for the VIP update window thing to reflect new subs so that I can move them as a group to vip. Any way to fix that?

You need to switch servers on the config tab to irc.chat.twitch.tv on port 443
-
Sorry I wasn't clear, that is already done. The bot works in the regular channel, it just doesn't respond to the point command in it's own channel.
It has been a problem since I switched the irc server.
Also, the Streamer Chat in the bot doesn't work either

Can you screenshot your config tab and master settings?
-
Is there something specific you are looking for?
Err, I'm on port 6667 because 443 doesn't work for me ( irc.chat.twitch.tv ). That's literally the only information on the config page lol. The Master settings would take a lot of screenshots, and that's assuming you just want the general tab. If you just want something specific I could give you that a lot easier, especially because my color settings make it a little hard to read sometimes because of how the program uses windows colors which by the way, it does really weird. When you try to use high contrast color settings things start to look pretty funky lol

Port 6667 is broken for some, which can be the issue. As for master settings, basically this part:

443 is broke for me. The bot will only stay connected for a minute, and during that minute it won't respond to anything. After the minute it just disconnects

I wonder if it is because only your channel moved over to new servers and not your bot.
-
That is my thinking
-
Would that impact not being able to see the streamer chat thing though?
-
Anything? :(

If you are on the new servers, you will not be able to use streamer chat till streamer chat is moved over as well.
-
Do we have any guess on when that is going to be?
-
Well once twitch has finished moving everyone to new chat servers, the streamer chat should be moved unless experts needs to do it manually. I heard roughly a week they will finish, but can't confirm. :/

Working now, I guess things got moved over
