Title: reduce/set counter

It would be great if it would be possible to set the counter of a command through a command

@setcounter@[!command,@target@]  -- which would set the counter of the command to the @target@ number
@reducecounter@[!command] -- which would take the current counter of the command and reduce it by one

Thias could all be done with files if you wish too
