Title: Logging in to the bot on the application

when i click authenticate deepbot to use the bot account it says in correct login. please login with the bot account. and that's what i'm doing

yes, the bot account i'm logging in to is luxabot, as soon as i click the authorize button on the twitch popup it says incorrect login. does't even let me hit connect because it goes back to default settings.

You aren't entering your custom bot name into DeepBot.  You're leaving the default "deepbot" when you have to type in and authenticate the bot name you put in your application which is "LuXaBoT".

i know that i have used deepbot before for like 1 in a half years i enter it all and then when i click authenticate it says incorrect bot and puts it back to the default stuff. i uninstalled and reinstalled and it didnt work

Are you running DeepBot as admin?

If you haven't used deepbot in a while, you should probably log into the bot twitch account, since they sent out a "change password" for all twitch accounts.

Our records show that you are trying to login with the bot account set as "DeepBot".  Please make sure you have entered your bot account and have authenticated it by clicking the blue link.
