Title: Raffle Filter Reset Each Raffle [ ChaosBlast777 ]

Maybe its just me, but I almost always forget to revert from filtering by All VIPs back to All users after I do a VIP-only raffle. 

Do you think it would make sense to change it back to all users each time you close the raffle?  I don't know a lot of streamers that do VIP only raffles all that often, so I figured I'd see what you thought about it.

Kind of going along with this, if I make this mistake there is not a great way of refunding tickets to all my subs that entered before i caught the mistake so I end up having to do it manually.  If I mistakenly open a raffle for the wrong amount or wrong ticket cost, it would be nice to have an auto-refund button to give everyone their tickets back.

Just nitpicking at this point =D. Not a huge deal if you don't want to implement either of these just thoughts.

The cancel button refunds all the tickets - so an option is to cancel and re-open.

I am a bit hesitant on building logic into the bot based on user behavior. What do other people think about resetting the VIP filter option back to All users after every VIP raffle?
