Title: Unable to connect to twitch servers
Post by: BigBadMZ on April 20, 2016, 06:45:25 AM
Hello,

I recently got a new router (netduma r1) and now for some reason I can no longer get DeepBot to connect to twitch using either 443 port or 6667 port.  Can someone help me?

Maybe the router has a firewall blocking the connection? Maybe an anti-virus or other program is blocking the connection?

it cant be the firewall/anti-virus. may be the firewall on the netduma but i dont think that is what it is, there isnt even a firewall on the netduma i dont think  at least, could be wrong. any other ideas?

If you changed routers and this issue occurs, then it is most likely the router, but a few more suggestions.

- Running as admin?
- Tried Redoing OAuth Logins?
- Updated to latest update on deepbot, 0.8.9.2?
- Tried reinstalling deepbot?

Can you post the errorlog.txt? You can find it in your deepbot folder > logs > errorlog.txt
Your deepbot folder is normally location in the C:\ Drive.
