Title: Whisper Command variant to all public commands - very important please read-

I want that whatever command i have made no matter whatever its cooldown time is, that if someone spams that command before the cooldowns Up, it will just whisper them the reply they wanted so they atleast can get the info back.

You cannot currently do this.
