Title: HOW DO I MAKE A COMMAND FOR OTHER STREAMERS

I'm trying to make a command that when i type in the command it will name drop other streamers like if a friend comes in and he streames I type !streamer and it will pull his name in trigger and say " hey guys if you like pwnedcast you should check out his friend (username) at twitch.tv/pwnedcast" Ive been trying to look it up and don't know what this be called. Can some one help me ??

Message: Hey guys if you like pwnedcast you should check out his friend @target@ at twitch.tv/@target@

Usage: !streamer (username)

but how also how would i put it in deep bot I just tried it and didnt' really work it targeted me.
