Running as admin?
Also try running update.exe in your deepbot folder.
Make sure to let deepbot through your anti-virus or disable your anti-virus if you have one.

i'm having the same issue, i even turned off the firewall, and deepbot crashes before it even starts.
it only happened ever since i pressed the update button for deepbot
-
- Try Backing up your data folder inside your deepbot folder.
- Then uninstall deepbot
- Install deepbot
- Place data folder back into deepbot folder
