I have checked your licence and it does appear to be setup correctly. Could you try again?

Try restarting the bot.
When trying to do OAuth Login for your bot login. Make sure you are logging into the bot's twitch account.
Sometimes if you login with either Stream OAuth Login or Bot OAuth Login, then do the other login, it will show you are trying to connect the first account you logged into. Which may be why you are getting this error.
Like this: (Notice how it says Twitch Streamer at the top, yet it asks if I want to connect my bot account. So click on "Not You?")

And you are logging into your bot twitch account?
yes ... in my account twitch ...
-
On twitch can you login into the bot's twitch account with no problems?
Because it looks like you logged in with the bot account fine on the config tab (from what your screenshot shows), but you are having issues with the streamer account login.

time logging in here is giving error.

Okay, do you have any problems with logging into the bot account on twitch.tv website?
If you can login into the twitch.tv website with your bot, try removing deepbot connections in your settings on twitch.tv.
Then restart deepbot, and run deepbot as admin. Once you ran deepbot as admin, try doing OAuth Login again.
You kept the same bot name with the name change request, so not sure why you are getting this issue.

is not working

is not working
Might want to make a new bot account on twitch then. You can use this guide to update your bot name: http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=3206.0
-
I already did it ..... the problem is when I try to enter the account streamer in the bot login.

I found the issue, in our database we have three T's at the end of the bot name. You will just need to update the bot name in our database with the guide I gave you here: http://deepbot.deep.sg/forums/index.php?topic=3206.0

even changing does not work
If you can't access the page to change your bot name, try google chrome's incognito mode (ctrl+shift+n)
Make sure to login with your stream account.
-
I meant that even changing the bot name does not work the program.

Did you restart the bot after correcting/changing the bot name, and tried logging in?
-
yes ...
-
I am honestly stumped on why you can't login then.
You changed the bot name to what it should be.
You logged into the bot account on twitch fine.
You are running deepbot as admin.
I don't think you have an anti-virus/firewall blocking you since you use to be able to use the bot before the name change.
So pretty confused on why it isn't letting you connect.
It showed your past login attempts as fails since the bot name was not correct in our system, but now it isn't showing any.
-
when you try to connect speech that the account ta wrong ... there is no way to reset the account since it is not giving to login? the worst is that not is wrong because it appears to log in and everything just to give the error
-
A few options I can give you:
- Maybe install teamviewer and I can take look over teamviewer. (I can help see if I can figure out what the issue may be and do some troubleshooting.)
- Maybe backup your current deepbot folder, and do a fresh install of deepbot. (This will rule out any corrupted files/missing files)
-
I formatted my computer and then had to reinstall and still did not

Error: incorrect account login. you have logged into account 'stengrat', while your licence only permits twitch account stenbott. please login to the correct twitch bot account.

This error indicates you are logging into your main stream account in the login window, instead of the specified 'stenbott' account on Twitch.
When you click the OAuth password button under the Bot Twitch Name section, you need to login as the bot (i.e. stenbott).
