Title: [Discord] Old Discord/DeepBot Linking Method Still Sent in DM

The method for linking your Discord to DeepBot was updated shortly after the Discord Integration rollout. However, when you DM a channel's bot, it still replies with the old method of linking. Screenshot example from today:

It would be useful for people who still have the old instructions floating out there for a bot to respond to DMs with the new instructions instead.
