Title: No VIP despite PayPal confirmation of payment (12 months)

Hi,

I've had notification of payment via PayPal (can provide transaction ID) yet VIP has been removed for the forst time in 12 months.

No-one on support and forum is crawling to a halt.

Anyone able to advise?

We were being DDoS'd and therefore the VIP system didn't pick up any Paypal payments. I will let expertsonline know that you were effected by this and get it resolved ASAP.

Edit: All VIP payments should be fixed and filled.

Got support from the bot chat so it was sorted in no time.

Very prompt resolution so just leaving this here for feedback.

Thanks once again (one year VIP this month, whoooop whooooop  :) )

For some reason I do not have VIP status either -- been a member since February 2015 and I pay through PayPal.  I don't see where I can get this fixed.
