Hi, my name is Thaires and I made a purchase of DeepBot on June 17, 2016. However since then my Application Status has been pending and I was hoping to reach out to a Support Team member for help.

I only see one post by you and it is the one above. We don't do applications anymore. We have an automated system now: http://deepbot.tv/services

Yes, sorry I made the purchase but it says Application Status: Pending on my Dashboard.

Strange, not sure why it is pending. Reported it to the dev, should be resolved with in 48 hours, but probably around 24 hours or less.

You have made a payment using eCheque which takes 3-5 days to clear. As soon as PayPal clears the payment and sends it to us, your licence will be processed.
This is the status of the payment as of this evening.
