Title: Loyalty points

i updated to 0.9.6.5 to day and wile streaming a few viewers told me the point weren't being issued to them for sitting in the channel so i took count of them that were in the stream and after 20-30 min no point went up and i have it set to be 2 points every 5 min

It is a known bug and will be fixed within 24 hours.

Fixed in patch: 0.9.6.6
