Title: Donation amount shows wrong and streamer chat not working.

The donation amount shows $5, even when I reset it.

Also, streamer chat in Deepbot is blank.

Help?

To fix the chat, you redo OAuth Logins on the config tab.

As for donations, where are you talking about?

Redid both OAuths, chat still doesn't work.

The donation problem is I reset it to zero, but on my strem using CLR (donationtracker.htm) it still says $5.

Probably need to update your client, you are on an older version.

Please replace the one in the DeepBot directory with this one : http://deepbot.tv/download/DBUpdater.exe and run it to update to the latest version.

Download it > Place it in your deepbot folder > Run "DBUpdater.exe" as admin.

Downloaded into my deepbot directory, updated as admin, still have both problems.

Running deepbot as admin?
Does deepbot have windows permissions?Close deepbot. Go to your Deepbot folder > Right Click Deepbot.exe > Properties > Security Tab > Make sure all users listed have the Permission "Full Control"
Try redo-ing OAuth Logins after updating, both streamer and bot logins. Restart Deepbot

If it still doesn't work after that, I would try making a backup of your data folder (Close deepbot before doing so. Easiest way is to just rename the folder.) Then start up deepbot and enter the logins and see if the issues still exist.

Deepbot has fUll control permissions for all users, admins, system.
Renamed data file.
Restarted.
Re OAed both.

Both problems still persist.

I don't know teamviewer is that remote access?  If so, that's fine.

What ended up being the problem? For curiosity's sake (and in case it crops up in future).
