hi,

yesterday we made a vip sub, but the bot is still no vip.

whats wrong?

You just put your stream name, not your full twitch name when making the payment.

The VIP has been fixed, but you will need to cancel the sub and re-setup once your VIP for this month has ran out.

Remember, just put your stream name in the box, not the full twitch link.
