Title: Bot not wispering

Hello,


Bug: I've setup a command allowing viewers to check their points using !points. In theory, the bot wisp to the viewer his points. Unfortunatly, it seems bot doesn't want to. I would like to avoid that kind of result x)

I know that when I have like 600+ viewers, bot may lag a bit if everyone send a command at the same time, but even with 50 people, it seems nobody recieve any answer :/

Info: It works when I send the command, but not for other users, even if they allow all wisps.

Did you enable bot whisper interaction in the master settings?

Wait is your points name points on the config tab > Bot login > Points name box?

If yes, then why not set up the whisper command in the master settings? (Default Point String towards bottom of the image)

On the bot account on twitch, can you try whispering from the bot account to yourself to make sure it is not blocked from whispering?

Also, are you running deepbot as admin?
