Title: Big problem with Roulette

I have a 1000 point limit on roulette. However multi betting is allowed, so now my chat is spammed with

!roulette 1000 red
!roulette 1000 red
!roulette 1000 red
!roulette 1000 red
!roulette 1000 red

Which overrides the betting limit and wrecks chat.


....I cant turn multi betting off, and one should not have to.  but youve gotta find a way to prevent multi-betting the *same* bet.  Help?

It is a bug and has been reported.
