Title: Bot crashed and WIPED EVERYTHING

okay so my bot randomly crashed, and i thought nothing of it, i clicked ok, and re launched it, upon relaunching everything was gone all my channel messages, commands any of my information i put in was gone. all of it, even my stream channel and bot name were gone, i quickly went to my backups, all my backups were wiped as well... what happend , and please tell me you guys keep some kind of backup on your side for us. i pray you do. i dont want to lose almost 2 years of deepbot stuff.

I am in the same position. However, I thought I remembered that there is a cloud backup system for VIP users at least?
