So I just paid the $10.00 Signup, I haven't received an E-mail aside from a PayPal receipt, but I've got access on the website so I figured I'd try to connect.

I've entered my Bot Twitch Name as mesden_smmbot and my Stream Name as Mesden1 (which is my main streaming account on Twitch.) I keep receiving an error that says "Deepbot is currently in closed Beta. Your stream 'mesden1' currently does not have access to the Closed Beta. Please apply at http://deepbot.tv. Does it take a while to receive the initial E-mail? Can I not use the Bot until that happens..? Or am I just entering the information incorrectly on DeepBot?

I managed to log into DeepBot using Bot Twitch Name "mesden_smmbot", my Streamer ID on Twitch is Mesden1 though and when I try to enter that into "Stream Name", it says that "Mesden1" doesn't have access to the Closed Beta. If I enter my Bot Name in both "Bot Twitch Name" and "Stream Name", I have no trouble connecting, but then I'm assuming that won't work connecting to my channel.

It would seem that when you signed up for DeepBot you signed up while logged into your bot name on the website, so the system thinks your bot account is the one with access to DeepBot.  You will have to wait for expertsonline to manually transfer your account.  For the future, you always log into the website with your stream, and only log into the bot account inside of DeepBot where it asks you to.

I am running into this same issue. i have been VIP since September and now i cannot get acess after getting a new pc.

Seems you logged in fine today from what our records show. But on your new PC, make sure to have required software installed and run deepbot as admin.
