Title: Betting Improvements

Allow viewers to bet all of their points on a certain option, for example !bet all 1
This will reduce the spam for viewers checking their points that want to bet it all.

Also it would be good if you could save certain presets for bets in the program itself, some of the bets I do can be up to 5 different options.

The preset is already available, it is the button with a pencil on it, next to the start button.
