Is there a way to avoid ads on the built in youtube player?

Apart from editing the HOST file on your PC which would be effective for everything on your system (A quick Google search should help you on your way, it's a moral gray area in a way) not really. Although I haven't had any advertisements pop up in the internal music player while I've been using it. The ad's DID appear in a seperate window after clicking the Youtube icon in the bottom corner but that's about it.
