Title: Betting start for regular Users?

Is it possible to make an command so that regulars sser can start the last betting (with the same setting too) with an timer so it closes itself after X minutes ?

Just make a command like !startbet, and make sure it is set to "User Elevated Access" then put in the betting command, formatted to your choice:

!betting start <maxbets> <housecut> <betting_on> <option1> <option2>

Example: !betting start 100 0 This_is_a_test_bet yes no maybe
