Hi

I can see your licence is correctly setup for stream 'primdemure' with the bot name 'PrimBot'
Please make sure you own the bot account on twitch.tv and use those credentials to login.

Well then I don't know the credentials to log into the 'PrimBot' account because I've tried the password I would have used and that doesn't work, and I was never actually given a password for it. I can't find anything on the deepbot website to indicate any log in information either.

Sorry, I'm new to this, so I'm probably just missing something really obvious.

The bot name needs to be an account you already own on twitch.tv
Since you do not own 'PrimBot', please do the following:

1) Create a new account on twitch.tv for your bot, you can call it anything as long as the name is available.
2) Update your main licence to use the new bot account you just created. A guide to update the bot name can be found here: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/changebotname
3) Update the bot name and stream name on the config tab of the bot, and proceed to login with the respective twitch login/password.
