Title: VIP Charged To Wrong Account

Hello,

I purchased VIP for 12 months yesterday and PayPal charged the wrong bank account. I gave PayPal a call and they said that the merchant would have to refund the transaction and I would have to make it again. Could someone please refund the transaction so that I can purchase VIP using the right bank account? This is a huge inconvenience because I'm not supposed to have any new charges on the bank account that it was charged to. I feel like this is more of PayPal's fault but I would really appreciate your help.
