Title: Currency question (Chatters/Viewers)

Question:
Is there a way to stop people from gaining currency by being in the "IRC Channel" and only give currency to people that actually have the stream running? What i mean is giving currency by x minute to viewers and not to people that arent viewers but are only in "Chatters".

You can make it so only people who are active in chat can gain points. Config Tab > Master Settings > Point Options.

Active as typing or active as actually viewing? Cause not everyone likes to talk but still do watch :)

Active as in typing at least one thing every x mins.

I don't believe it is currently possible to give points based on who has the stream running, since there is no way for the bot to check if they have the stream paused or playing. This would have to be something on twitch's end to add. An API endpoints or something to check if a user has the stream playing or not.
