A few suggestions to narrow down the issue:
Note: Make sure Deepbot is Closed during each method listed below.
- A. Common errors can be fixed just by making sure you are running Deepbot as admin. (Instead of double clicking to open up deepbot, you right click > Select “Run As Administrator”)
- B. Navigate to your Deepbot Folder > Right-Click the Deepbot Application > Select “Properties” > Navigate to the “Security” Tab >
Make sure all users listed on the “Security” Tab have the “Full Control” permission checked.
- C. If the above two methods do not work, just making a copy of your "Data" folder inside the "Deepbot" folder (rename the copy to "Data2"), then Run Deepbot and see if the error pops up again.
- If the error does pop up, then it may be one of the deepbot files. To fix the issue, delete everything in your deepbot folder, except: Deepbot.exe, DBUpdater.exe, "Data" folder, "OBS" folder, "Playlists" folder and the "Custom Logs" folder. Then run DBupdater.exe and try opening up deepbot.
- If the error doesn't pop up, it could be one of the data files that is corrupt. If that is the case, you could try and test each data file manually. You would just remove and replace the data files in the data2 folder to the data folder till the error pops up, then you will know which file it is and delete it. Depending on the file, you could lose all settings/etc.
