Yeah sorry.

The command to check "points" isnt working for anyone to include mods.

Also the notifications for Follows and subs or donations is not working.

Twitch chat has been having some issues over the past couple days revolving around chat and the API itself (Which is used to get your latest follows/subs). This could simply be the issue that you are having.

As for the notifications not working I will assume you have VIP status (The gold star at the top) for these notifications to work. If not you need VIP status for these to work but this could simply again be an API issue

As for donation notifications not working, does the notification appear in OBS (assuming you set it up to display new donations in the scene) and not chat or both not working?

Have you made sure that the tickbox on the Config tab saying "Point checks on Bot Chat" isn't selected?
