Title: Allow The Use Of Wildcards In Links&BannedWords

I am trying to make the switch from AnkhBot, however I am running into a few snags.

There is currently no wildcard in the banned words and links section.

For example, I want to allow users to post https://www.twitch.tv/ and not get banned, but I do not want to allow users to post https://www.twitch.tv/Dudeman98 or https://www.twitch.tv/Dudeman34 .

Instead of banning each word, I could use a wildcard in AnkhBot like this: https://www.twitch.tv/* where the asterisk (*) represented wildcard. This allows users to type https://www.twitch.tv/ into chat, but they can not type anything after the last / without being timed out.

This is incredibly useful for banning links, and also banning certain words that people LOVE to modify to try and bypass filters.

I thought this was already added. After doing some tests it seems it doesn't work. Will add to feature request list.
