Title: Follower Notice to say "you are not following to be entered in raffle" ???

I was on someone's stream and I was not a follower and I typed !raffle and in the chat itself it said something like "please follow to enter the raffle"

The only bot I can see doing this was deepbot and was wondering if that is the case.  I should have asked the streamer what bot they used but I didn't and now I don't know the streamer channel I was on.

Can deepbot in fact do this or am I thinking of another bot?

I hope someone can answer this cause I have been searching everywhere.
