Title: Conditional command for multiple Discords

I am new to DeepBot and while browsing the forums came across this multi-stream conditional command:

 !editcmd !multi @if@[@target@[1]||||BloodEagle_TV is currently not streaming with anyone.||Come and watch BloodEagle_TV and @target@[1] as we multi stream! http://multistre.am/BloodEagle_TV/@target@[1]/]

I was wondering if something like that could be used for linking multiple Discord servers?

If I was on my Discord then !discord would link my discord, and if I was multi-streaming with another streamer then !discord would link his discord server in my chat.

It would be the same way. Example:
