Title: Host Message

In chat we are getting more and more messages that so and so has hosted the stream for 0 views.  Is there a way to change that message to either completely off, or to only trigger if the view count is a certain number or more?

Config Tab > Master Settings > Misc Settings. It is an option for host chat message. (About 8th option down.)
