Title: Paid for Beta License But Have Not Gotten VIP Access
Post by: Flex_MkII on November 29, 2016, 08:06:22 PM
I recently paid for and downloaded DeepBot and I have the gold star at the top of the window when the bot is running, but nobody in my chat, myself included, can request songs by name or add certain commands that are available while using the VIP service. Anyone have advice on what to do?

Running Deepbot as admin?
Tried changing ports on the config tab?
Tried redoing OAuth logins on the config tab?

Running DeepBot as an admin on my computer will cause this?

I have tried to run DeepBot as a non admin, switched the port on both and redid the auto authorization.

You have to run Deepbot as an admin (It fixes most issues. To run as admin > Right click Deepbot > Select "Run as Admin" option).
I would make sure any anti-virus/firewalls are not blocking the connection.

Also, the gold star means you are VIP.
Also, the default command is !requestsong LinkHere. If you set max songs to 0 for user classes on the music tab, no one can request songs. Also make sure in the Master Settings on the Config Tab > Scroll about half way down and make sure this option is set to a number high enough for song requests:

!requestsong in your chat works.
