how do i active the roulette, date and love command for my streams.

Not sure what you mean by Date and love mini-games. You may have to make those two. The roulette mini-game is on the Stream Interaction Tab > Mini-Games > Roulette. Wiki Page on there: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/roulette
