Title: Sound Commans interrupting each other

Hey Guys!

I've a "problem" with my sound commands.

Example:
User 1 uses !sailormoon (36sec Theme).
User 2 uses !pirates a few seconds after that. Sailormoon gets interrupt and pirates is now playing.

Is it possible to give all my sound commands a cooldown which is shared between all sounds? (like global cooldown but not so global.. all my sound commands have the group "sounds" so.. something like "group global cooldown" would be very very nice)

Not really. Would have to probably make a custom command system that does this.
