Whenever I'm in the chat menu and about to type something the screen switches to this. How do I stop this from happening?

Go to Config Tab > Master Settings > Check "Non Standard DPI" > Save.

You may need to restart/relogin into your PC after setting that if it still shows after Saving.

After changing that setting it still do the same thing.

You restarted your PC as well?

Maybe try changing your DPI to 100%. Guide on it: http://www.dummies.com/computers/pcs/change-your-monitors-dots-per-inch-dpi-setting/

Yes I did. Anything other fix besides changing DPI? I'm running 4k resolution by the way.
