Title: Change the number of required ranks

So, there's like 42 ranks, which is a LOT. Maybe I only want 10. But I can't have just 10, I'm forced to have all 42! Maybe change it so there are editable number you can have, so you don't HAVE to be forced to have 42 ranks if you don't want.

Also, maybe we could make some ranks unreachable unless you're VIP or a mod? (That way the streamer can have their own personal rank if they want, and mods can have theirs, too. That'd be awesome!)

You would fill in the first 32 ranks with the same name/points. Then make the last 9 ranks whatever you want for your 10 ranks.

For the unreachable ranks, you could set the hours/points (depending on what you have it set to for ranks) to something really high and just give yourself the hours/points for it.
