Title: Sub features not working

These sub features aren't showing up? I recently downloaded deepbot on a new PC etc, and i can't resync subs on the NEW pc due to it

Which sub features? Because there are twitch partner only things in the bot.

Sub manager in the user database etc

I know, I'm posting for a friend who is partnered :( it used to show up for them, but when he got the bot on his new PC, its all greyed out, even though his twitch is linked etc

Probably needs to take some time to get it since it is from a new computer.
