Title: Cant connect my deepbot in app

I cant seem to connect my deepbot to my channel via the app. I know my bots name, i know my streamer name & passwords etc but I still get a notification that I'm not logging in correctly. Please help.

Did you make/own the twitch account with the bot name you selected? The bot needs a twitch account to use.

If the bot name is taken for the twitch account, make another twitch account with the name you want. Then use this guide to update it on Deepbot's end: http://wiki.deepbot.tv/changebotname

Make sure to restart Deepbot after you did the name change.
