Title: @customapi@ issue with uer joined command

Bug:I have a special command for specific stream when they join chat. 
Info:The way the command works i use this variable @customapi@[http://customapi.deepbot.tv/streamgame/razzitron]
How you produced this bug or came across it:  I have a command added in the  Custom User Join Message in the user database

Make a command and put the command in the custom join message.
