Hello all,
I updated to the latest version to resolve the login issues however everything has been wiped.
Does any of the data back up anywhere that I can restore it from?
I'm going to have a lot of angry viewers if I can't get it back.
I'm also having weird issues with the login screen where bits are chopped off. It eventually zooms in a little and lets me click the authorize button but it just stops there and doesn't log in. (See attached)
Appreciate any help.
Matt

Could try running Backupmanager.exe in your Deepbot folder. Also make sure you are running as admin.
If that doesn't work, you can email the dev for a cloud backup at: deepbot@deep.sg
As for the login issue. Possibly something with the DPI. Try closing Deepbot and setting your DPI to 100%. (Guide on it: http://www.dummies.com/computers/pcs/change-your-monitors-dots-per-inch-dpi-setting/ ) Then try logging in. There is also a setting in the master settings you could try as well: Non-Standard DPI Box:

Thanks Repent,
I appreciate the quick response.
I have tried both of those options but still get the display issues. Not sure what else I can try. This was happening on the previous version when I updated that however it didn't prevent me from logging in.
Is there anything else I can try?
Fortunately I have managed to get my data files. I mistakenly installed the new version on a different drive which turns out to b a good thing.

Running Deepbot as admin?
Try reinstalling Deepbot?
Try Disabling any Anti-virus/firewall while trying Deepbot/re-installing?

I've got the display issue sorted now. For some reason it reverted back to 125% DPI but have managed to get it to stay on 100% now.
I have allowed it in my firewall and even turned my firewall off.
I have excluded the install folder from my anti-virus.
I have also run as administrator.
After the initial bot login screen it goes blank. If i open it again it show's me the authorize button. If i click the button it doesn't progress anything.
Is there any way to download an earlier version?

Ok so the browser has now decided to start working with no changes on my end.
Either way I now have an issue when connecting as per attached screen shot. This is the same issue I had before updating. I have been using DeepBot for a few months and haven't changed any firewall settings etc.

And now it has randomly decided to connect :) I'm so confused

Well the servers have been slow from time to time the past few days it seems. So that could be why it is taking longer to login/connect.
